The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada’s largest single-day, volunteer-led event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, education, and awareness programs. In more than 60 communities across Canada, 130,000 participants gathered for the 2013 Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure to help raise $27 million for the breast cancer cause. Here in the BC/Yukon Region, there are nine Run sites across the province: Abbotsford, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Prince George, Surrey, Vancouver, Vernon and Victoria. Join us on Sunday, October 5th, 2014 for a 1km or 5km walk or run in support of creating a future without breast cancer.
