If you’d love to get involved, but can’t be an executive member, the association can always find something for you to help out with. If you have a particular expertise that would benefit the club (ie: carpentry, book keeping, foods & services, painting, electrical, any kind of merchandising, etc.) please come and let us know. We are always looking to expand our network or resources and for more people to pitch in.

The Fox 40 Prospect Challenge (FPC) is a series of elite showcase games that feature the best tackle football players from across Canada aged 12–19 years. Tournaments are played in Central Canada (ON) and the West Coast (BC).
Our NSMF 2018 Cheer Queen and Princess were crowned November 17th. Congratulations to all 3 contestants Desirae Turner, Aja Cole and Victoria Deacon. All the girls did a fantastic job and the judges had a hard time with their selections.
Congratulations to the NSMF 2018 Princess Desirae and the NSMF 2018 Queen Victoria 👑.
Our NS Flag Tigers journeyed to Ottawa this past weekend to compete in the CFL/NFL Flag Nationals. They played great all day and went 3-1 in round robin play, losing only their last game to the undefeated Montreal representatives. That performance placed them in 4th going into the finals round.

Coaches and parents: Please remember that this is a jamboree for FUN. We are not keeping scores and EVERYONE is getting gold medals at the end of the jamboree. Making sure that each and every player has an amazing time and wants to come back and play football next year is our goal. Teams have been grouped with teams that have had similar records over the season to ensure they have a good chance of having some successes.

Congratulations to our NSMF 2017 Punt Pass & Kick Winners that took place on Aug. 22. The numbers have been tallied up and the winners of each division are as follows:

- JB: Jared Candelerio
These winners are invited to participate in the finals which will be held on the field at BC Place before the Lions home game on October 7th. The time has yet to be finalized but the competition will likely take place at approximately 1:00pm. Continue reading
