Alternate funding registrations will only be accepted as follows:
Copies of fully completed applications with proof that the forms have been submitted to the appropriate organization are provided to North Surrey Minor Football; and you have executed and delivered to North Surrey Minor Football an Alternate Funding Policy form.
No equipment or gear will be issued to any player or cheerleader unless you have met the above criteria.
We strongly recommend that you contact the organization you are proposing to apply for funding from prior to completing the applications forms to ensure you are eligible for assistance and that they will cover registration costs for football and/or cheerleading.
